LumenBotanica retails food supplements, botanical extracts, vitamin complexes, and carotenoid-enriched dietary formulations designed for general daily wellbeing and everyday nutritional routines. Each product page details botanical components, capsule volume, and format. Imagery shows authentic studio preparations; external amber packaging may display minor natural variances.

Your purchase is submitted once checkout is completed. We verify it by email; our contract takes effect once your parcel leaves our hands for dispatch. We may decline an order if batch quantities run out or details fail verification, in which case we return your payment promptly.

All prices are listed in GBP and incorporate VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout prior to final payment. Accepted settlement methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clear clerical price error occur, we reserve the right to correct it before shipping and invite your confirmation or cancellation.

Our product photographs capture the exact botanical supplements we bottle. Tones on your display depend on screen calibration, software, and ambient room light; slight color variations in packaging or botanical capsules are normal and do not constitute grounds for free returns or compensation. Weights, materials, and ingredients are listed on each product page.

We safeguard your order until the delivery driver hands the box to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. The risk of loss or carton damage passes to you at that precise point. Any visible outer damage should be recorded with the driver and reported to our team within 48 hours.

You may return unsealed goods within 30 days of receipt following the steps on our Returns page. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all nutritional goods supplied by LumenBotanica must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their packaging description. Claims regarding physical defects or label discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of arrival.

• Customized or personalized supplement bundles compounded to specific individual preferences
• Perishable wellness items or botanicals with an active shelf-life expiring within 28 days of delivery
• Dietary supplements, capsule bottles, or blister packs unsealed after delivery due to statutory biosecurity and public health protection regulations
• Goods that become inseparably mixed with other commodities after delivery
• Unsealed digital instructional materials or personalized nutritional wellness guides

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the United Kingdom, total aggregate liability of LumenBotanica Ltd. arising from any single transaction or order dispute shall not exceed £100.00 or the total purchase amount paid for the specific order, whichever is less. Nothing within these conditions restricts any legal liabilities that cannot be set aside by statutory law.

You must have reached 18 years of age to order from our workshop. Formulations should be taken as directed on each label; they do not replace qualified medical guidance.

These Terms of Service, order contracts, and related transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. When a conversation cannot resolve an issue between us, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the court where our workshop is registered, without affecting statutory consumer protections in your own country.
