LumenBotanica provides dedicated domestic dispatch across the United Kingdom for our botanical vision supplements and daily eye wellness formulas. Every consignment leaves our facility under controlled storage conditions to preserve the freshness and potency of our nutritional formulations.

Delivery windows count working days from dispatch. Rural or outlying locations can require an extra 1-2 days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 13:30 on a business day dispatch the same afternoon. Orders placed past the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order code as soon as you complete checkout.
All eye supplement bottles and blister units are sealed with tamper-evident neck bands, wrapped in thermal bubble shielding to safeguard bio-active nutrients from temperature shifts, and packed in reinforced fluted cardboard cartons with recycled paper void-fill to prevent transit impact.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch from our UK fulfilment centre, an automated notification containing a Royal Mail or DPD tracking link is transmitted via email and SMS text message, allowing real-time monitoring through delivery.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] with your order number. We begin a search with the carrier and either resend your parcel or refund you fully, whichever you prefer, within 10 business days of your claim.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect your parcel upon receipt before releasing the courier. If outer cartons or inner seal membranes show visible signs of structural rupture, document the package with clear photographs and contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt for an immediate investigation and replacement dispatch.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for payment card numbers or online banking passwords by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We dispatch our bottles to selected countries. Delivery rates and parcel schedules for every region appear in your cart before checkout. Any local import taxes or cross-border fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
