What active ingredients are used in your eye formulas?
Our formulas are made from natural marigold flower extract providing lutein and zeaxanthin, whole wild European bilberry extract, zinc bisglycinate, and plant cellulose capsules. We never use artificial colours, synthetic binders, or chalk fillers.
How are orders packed and when are they sent out?
Every bottle is packed by hand in protective recycled cardboard boxes at our Cardiff workshop. Orders confirmed before 13:30 on business days are dispatched the very same afternoon with full courier tracking.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer returns within 30 days from delivery for unused bottles kept in their original sealed packaging. Simply contact our team with your order number to arrange the return process.
How can I pay for my order on the site?
We accept cash on delivery directly to your courier upon doorstep arrival, or secure advance payment via direct bank transfer to our UK business account.
